To manage Lymphedema and other lymphatic conditions, finding ways to move fluid and stimulate the lymphatic system are essential. Even without lymphedema, a healthy lymphatic system can help the body fight off illness, especially as we head into cold and flu season!
Here is a short routine to get your lymphatic system moving that can be done in less than 5 minutes in the morning:
✔️ Diaphragmatic Breathing 3-5 times
✔️ Massage circles at the lymph nodes at the base of your neck
✔️ Massage circles at the lymph nodes below your ears
✔️ Massage circles at the lymph nodes in your armpits and groin regions
✔️ Then get moving! Any and all exercise and movements are helpful. Even for 2-3 minutes
