Personally, when I cut out sugar and went on a heavy on fresh meat keto diet, I have to say I just about felt 1000% when I woke up...lots of energy and happy. Now I've gone back to how I was eating before and don't feel well for a few hours after waking. Time to quit the junk again!

Hi Doc. You were introduced to me by Tucker Carlson. You are a lone voice crying out in the wilderness, but, with the help of S.M. platforms, you will get your message out. At 64, everything I've done will help or hurt my future years. Thankfully, I've made good food choices that have sustained my health. I eat mostly red Meat, some cheese, raw milk, honey and organic fruit. I feel better now than I did 20 years ago. And weight train!

Got checked recently. Metabolic profile came back within good ranges. TSH is high. Researching how to fix it.

I thought I was healthy. I’m fairly health conscious yet my lipid profile does not reflect that. So I have an appointment with a sports nutritionist to help with my metabolic health and truly get me on the healthy track that I want to be on.

I was very healthy: working out, eating well (even doctors said I had ketones in my blood), and living a decent life. Suddenly came down with auto immune disease and I’m so exhausted everyday. Just don’t know how to get myself back on track.

My problem is i only get about 6-7 hours of sleep a night. The day is heavy and I like to wind down at night which puts me to bed at 11-1130 and up at 6-630. Ugh, i need to find a better way
