I've been doing this move for a long time, and I can do it perfectly but I haven't used it for a flick. I usually use it to get back to net fast or for kickoffs now I'ma use it for flicks. Nice video

Another thing, you can do it when you loose your control of the normal flick and it's too far in front of your car
