Something important that I think you didn't mention (but you're doing in the video), when doing them from the ground you don't want to tilt back for the backflip immediately, you want to wait a little bit almost to the apex of your jump before leaning back. This creates enough distance between your hitbox and the ball. At least I think, correct me if I'm wrong.

I don’t think any musty tutorial I’ve watched has mentioned the flip cancel after the backflip. Loving the high quality knowledge from these videos

Small note for people watching, make sure you have a basic feel/understanding of dribbling. It helps to keep the ball on the front of your hood before setting up the musty.

This is about as much as a tutorial as saying, alright to draw an owl you just have to draw the head, then add the beak and then the rest of the body

The flick is ez but for delayed ones the timing to release the stick is hard to get used to.. it differs for every attempt 🥲
