My roommate had a serious ED and I’d go with her to open recovery meetings, and listen to them discuss their process. It was so surprising to hear their experiences. It’s nice to see someone pull themselves out. That’s a really dark place to be stuck in

I’ve never recovered
I’m 18 and I had my period just once before it stopped due to the ed
If I recover (and I hope so, even if I’m scared it won’t happen) will my boobs grow again, will my body change that much?

Hey there is it ok to ask what kind of eating disorder you have/had? I don’t know much about it but I’m pretty sure my friend has some sort of ED as she is very skinny and I never see her eat. What can an outside person do?
