Hit the prawns with lime.
Hit the onions with lime.
Hit the fish sauce with lime.
Hit the bread with lime
Hit the tomatoes with lime
Hit the slaw with lime
Hit with the prawns again with lime.
Garnish with couple more limes.
And finally, a grating of lime.

It's always funny to me when Gordon cooks Southern food. It's never anywhere close to what it should actually be but it still look good. This is in no way a po boy but I'd crush it.

Papaya in the slaw, salted rum cooked into the onions, mayo caramelized into the buns, grilled limes juiced and zest over the whole sandwich. Gordon is a mad man, and im here for it...

REAL Key Limes! With those shrimp, those Key Limes would probably make an amazing ceviche as well. Also the channel Key West Kayak Fishing actually swims around the mangroves and catches his own lobster by hand when they are in season there.
