Great advice! Fun to watch. Loved the tool you shared.  I am thrilled to have found you Marie!!!   A few other things I teach and coach around delegating is  a)  clearly state the goal of the task and the why to help engage your folks in the higher purpose; b) plan in feedback loop time and/or ask for the task ahead of when you need it so you can check it and give it back with feedback- part of training on the fly; c) create a delegation checklist for yourself with all the many steps to ensure you are following best practices- stated goal, gave clear expectations on quality needed, have resources to complete the task, set agreements for check in times, etc..  Last thing and it is a biggie!  Praise and recognition. High performers assume everything is easy and forget others may need lots of feedback and acknowledgement for trying, sometimes failing, and getting better.   Love you girl!  Keep up the great videos!

I loved this video Marie, it was the 1st one I watched, the whole thing resonated with me.  
You as a New Yorker and I, as a Jersey Girl, your personality is so sweet, and down to earth, I loved it all. Marie, I was in a business a year ago I had 14 people under me, but nobody wanted to do anything. Now I joined a Great Business, Where I can help peple health wise, and now I'm having trouble recruiting I am like you, Im a people person too, I get along with everybody, but I feel like I am missing something. My Advice would be to Stop spamming people with your business and really get to know them first eventually you will know if they are right for your offer.
