So helpful! I definitely feel more productive when I’m ready for the day. Can’t say that always happens, but I feel good when I do. And, such a blessing and privilege to work from home! Totally agree! :) thanks for the content! 🥰

So helpful! I’m a stay at home/work from home mom and my work is kind of sporadic. I do feel better about my day in general when I get up and put my makeup on and get dressed in regular clothes.

Kristin, this is going to help Doug and me so much since we are working at home. And you have done it and know what you are taking about. This is terrific and everyone needs to see it. Excellent video. Love, Melissa

I think this was extremely helpful Kristin because working from home is more about mindset than where you place your pens. You, and your family, have to have the mindset that you are “at work” even though it may be a different setting than what most of us have been used to in our lives. I absolutely agree it’s a privilege to be able to work from home and I was so very happy to hear you reenforce that because, yes, it’s still work but it has huge possibilities that I could never imagine until I did, it.
Stay safe, and I keep telling myself as the threat worsens “Faith over Fear”! Such a perfect mantra you gave us especially for now! XOXO 🥰 Kathy

Thanks for the tips! We have two adults and one 11 year old (school-)work from home since this week, and we have made it a habit to have a family lunchbreak walk in the park near our home. We have also made a 'school' corner in my sons bedroom, so now everybody has a space dedicated to work. That helps mindset-wise.

This was such a well said and thought out video. It is definitely a privilege to be able to work from home, and everyone should be conscious of that and respect that they are able to work from home and continue to bring in an income, while reducing the stress on our hospitals and public health systems.

Thank you! This was so helpful! I’m going to try a radio on the background, I do that at work and never thought to do it at home. Also reminders to get up and move, so true! Thanks again 😘👍

Yes, yes, yes. Great video. My husband works everyday from home. Lots of discipline. It seems like more people are always connected and working 10 to 12 hours a day.

Awesome tips Kristin, totally agree with everything you said. I’ve been working from home for about 5 years now, the last three exclusively at home. I especially love what you said about it being a privilege and not to take advantage of that. So many people think working at home is a vacation and it’s just not that at all! I agree on the background noise, I’m the same way and listen to music throughout the day unless I have to be on a call. And taking breaks and working only the hours you’re supposed to be working is so important! I’ve skipped so many lunches that I now put it and breaks on my to do list every day so that I do take them! Great video, good luck to everyone that is working at home. You will find a routine that works for you before you know it!

Just started working from home on Friday. Not my favorite thing, but so grateful to still have my job. My husband works in a hospital (mental health unit) so still some exposure there, but doing our best. Thank you for the video! I like the addition of lifestyle with makeup. 😊💗

Thank you for the gentle reminder to be grateful! Jessica Braun posted a video recently of entertainment recommendations and towards the end listed some resources for children as she is a former teacher. She also has a little one at home. Hope that helps! x

Love this, I agree with everything you said. I work from home two days a week normally. Now 100% obvious reasons. I also find if I get ready like I normally would. My day goes better. Great sentiments. Well done.
