If there is a 6-month window to enroll in a supplement plan without a medical questionnaire, does that mean dual Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries will be at a disadvantage if say they get kicked off the dual Medicaid program after a year or two?

Here in California if you have Medicare and Medicaid like I do, Do not join a Advantage plan!plus if you live in a well to do zipcode the plans are even worst!Just say no!
