Another thing for your teaching;
The word Harpazo is where we get the word harpoon... which of course is used to quickly, forcefully, and suddenly snag, or "catch up" a fish.

Very good points. A movie called Before the Wrath explains the rapture beautifully. It explains the Galilean wedding that Jesus attended and did his first miracle. The Galilean wedding was different from all other weddings in Israel. This movie explains step by step i the reason why Christ turned water into wine to the very end where the Father of the groom tells his son its time to claim his bride. As he travels to her house the city is awaken and two men lift the bride up to meet the groom. The Galilean wedding is all about the rapture.

Great teaching last night. Pre trib makes the most sense and argued in a great way.

One of the best description from someone else I watch online described it as such; would you leave your child on the train track while the freight train is barreling down towards your child? No, you would rescue them from that disaster.

Describing events after Armageddon and the seven last plagues.

Remember that the Israelites were still in Egypt during the plagues including the water that was turned to blood,
and were not affected by all of the plagues. .The 2 witnesses are given 3 1/2 years (Revelation 11:3)and are removed (Revelation 11:11-12)before what appears to be the event of Zechariah 14:4-5 /Revelation11:13/ Revelation 12:6+14 /Matthew 24:15-20.These 2 witnesses have the powers given to Moses and Elijah ( I believe they are them) including turning water to blood.
You can't dismiss 1 Corinthians 15:52 by saying there are lots of trumpets. There are only two " last " trumpets .
The 7th trumpet(Revelation 11:15)fits best, AFTER WHICH, the 144, 000 (who were sealed at the beginning of the Tribulation and BEFORE the first trumpet plagues, are redeemed FROM the earth, MIDWAY through the Tribulation -Revelation 14:1 )
Revelation 14:1 The Lord's feet are STANDING on Mt. Zion .Is it not likely that this is the same thing as described in Zechariah 14:4-5 and Revelation 12:6+14 and Matthew 24:15-20
Directly after the 144, 000 are redeemed ( Revelation 14:4 were redeemed from among men, being the FIRST FRUITS unto God and to the Lamb) three Angels fly through Heaven one preaching the Gospel, another announcing the judgment on Babylon and a third warning not to take the mark of the beast or they will drink of the wine of THE WRATH OF GOD.
Immediately after that, Revelation 14:14-16 the Son of Man comes on a cloud and reaps ( is this not the Rapture?)
Then another angel reaps " and cast it into the great wine press of the WRATH OF GOD " Revelation 14:17-20
Revelation 15 then describes seven angels with the seven last plagues . They are given vials FULL OF THE WRATH OF GOD.

*Is the first resurrection* at the second coming of Jesus Christ with all of his holy angels, at the last day.

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (go before) them which are asleep.

For THE Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with THE voice of THE *archangel* and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first

*Then we which are alive and remain* shall be caught up together *with them* in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and *so shall we ever be with the Lord*

To the end [objective] he may establish your hearts unblameable in holiness *before* God, even our Father, (who art in heaven) at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ *with all his saints*

Pastor. Even Daniel 12:4-9 denies the “darby 19th century invention” argument. We know Daniel is parallel to Revelation. What did God tell Daniel here? SEAL UP THESE WORDS UNTIL THE TIME OF THE END. This is because early on people couldn’t understand about end time escathology because it wasn’t the right time yet. The Bible clearly says these escathology things are kept secret for the end.
Today we have enough history and technology to understand well enough about end time prophesy. God knew that back when John finished writing the book of Revelation 20 centuries ago It wasn’t the time yet to focus on end times because it was the beginning of the church age. Now, 2000 years later we are approaching to the end and it’s the right time.
What are your thoughts on this?

Daniel 12 1 is quoted by Jesus in Matthew 24 21 and just before in Matthew 24 15 Jesus speaks about the abomination of desolation which means that Daniel 12 1 comes after the abomination of desolation because it corresponds to Matthew 24 21 in Matthew 24 29 the son of man appears and in Daniel 12 2 there is the resurrection of those who died before Jesus, therefore of the prophets. Daniel 12 1-2 describes Matthew 24 29-31 therefore the Israelites who died before Jesus were not resurrected before the tribulations

Where's the "7-Year Timeline" in your Text, 1 Thess. 4:13-18?

Say brother...I would disagree with *Luke 17* being a RAPTURE passage for several reasons...

*1* With e/illustration where you see one taken/one left, that equates to 50%, and that by NO MEANS reflects the number or percentage of people that know Christ.
*2* In that same passage, it goes on to say in verse 37 we find the disciples asking Jesus *WHERE* the ones that are taken, are taken to. In o/words, a/one would logically know that the ones that remain will remain where they were at His coming, i.e. in bed, working, etc but the disciples didn't u/stand the whereabouts of those that will be taken. Christ replies by saying...

"...Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together".

This seems to be a *CLEAR* reference to the "SUPPER OF THE GREAT GOD" that is spoken of in *Rev 19:17ff.* The following verses speak of the war that follows, and *Verse 21* says, "... the fowls were filled with their flesh." ( see again *Luke 17:37* )

So the ones that are TAKEN are taken to JUDGEMENT, just as Christ answered the disciples, and what *Rev 19:21* tells us. In o/words, this is clearly a *2nd coming* passage, and NOT a rapture passage.

This has to be the best rapture teaching I have ever heard in my life. It's the first time I've ever seen anyone say anything about the days of Noah that made sense to me. Like he said I cannot imagine anyone getting married and the last days of the tribulations. But I have a question.
Can someone please tell me what happens to the children that don't understand yet. Do they get taken in the rapture and is there Bible proof for this ?

"1 Thessalonians 4 : 13-18 - The Clearest Scripture on the Rapture"? Examine the Main Clause vs. the Subordinate Clause, where do u think the phrasal verb, "caught up" belongs to? The Main Clause or the Subordinate Clause? Just applying the Historical-grammatical Hermeneutics...

For how attached the Evangelical church is to hermeneutics, we tend to easily abandon them when it comes to this subject. There is no passage in context that teaches a pretrib rapture and there a a few that directly contradict such a concept. It's wishful interpretation at its best.

Reproof- The day that comes as a thief is not pre-trib. and the day heaven earth passes away is not pre-trib. There are no verses for an imminent pre-trib. coming and there is no verses for a coming before the tribulation, it is not written.)) Mat 24:35 Heaven and earth SHALL PASS AWAY, but my words shall not pass away. Mat 24:36 BUT of THAT DAY and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
