I use to play 15-20 FPS but now I play 30fps thanks so much

I tried these settings and it made my FPS worse. When I increase the render res, it improves. I get about 50-58fps. In some weird cases it drops down to 30-45fps when explosions and flames occure. Why can't I just have a solid 60!

I have a Ryzen 3 3200g rx 580 GTS 8gb and 16gb ram, I cannot figure out why I can get 60-100 fps in matches for hrs at a time and then the next day be at 30-50 out of had issues running MW 2019 on this PC and when CW released never had issues then on low settings. Came back a few months later and now im getting this. Thoughts?

I used to run the game perfectly fine with textures on high and sconce an update like a few months ago it’s so choppy and I can’t even really run it on low I have a gtx 1650 16 gigs of ram and a intel core i5 2400
