One VERY important point that is not mentioned in this recipe is to let the chocolate topping cool before putting it on the cake. Otherwise the cream separates. I found this out the hard way!

I made it, it's amazing. Only screwup was I didn't let the top chocolate layer cool a bit before I poured it over the white layer so it melted the white layer a little, but it was still very tasty!

i add nutella in the chocolate sauce so i did 200 ml milk, 200gr dark choco, 60g nutella (only add when is getting cold) AWESOME

It would be nice to give us more details, about temperature for example. for me I don't care because i am used to cook but for someone who is just beginning it's not precise enough
