Amazing Chocolate Bundt Cake

I made this cake yesterday and John's description was spot on - soft, moist, and fudgy. It came out of the bundt pan just perfectly (I was nervous) and after the ganache was added it was a delightful sight. Neighbors came over for wine & this chocolate cake and loved it! They asked for the recipe, which is the ultimate compliment.

Briefly
the components :
A cup and a half of hot water
A cup and a quarter of unsweetened cocoa powder
We mix them and put them on the side for about 10 minutes
Grease the cake pan with butter or oil and sprinkle with flour or cocoa powder

In another bowl, dry ingredients:
3 and a half cups of flour
2 and a half granulated sugar
2 and a half tablespoons of baking soda or baking powder
pinch of salt

We add to the cocoa that we have set aside:
1 cup of melted butter
Half a cup of vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 cup of sour cream or its substitute, yogurt
A little bit of vanilla

- We put this mixture to the dry ingredients
We mix them all up
We put the mixture in a muffin mold and put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 55 minutes
