Don’t do it people. My Mom lives on the so-called “best side” NorthWest and it’s horrific. Horrible air quality, the most ghetto mall in America (Valley Plaza), very high crime, 70% + of ALL residents are on public assistance, TONS of DUI drivers 24/7 and felons EVERYWHERE

The air is ... chewy... I commuted from State Farm building to Tehachapi for 10 years - oct. 1994 to may 2005. The sweltering heat is a no-go. I moved from Huntington Beach to Bakes following my paycheck like a good nieghbor.
