ACKEE FRIED RICE 🇯🇲🇺🇸🇧🇧🇬🇧

🌱I partnered up with my dear friend @eatwithebs to combine Caribbean flavaz with an Asian inspired ackee fried rice and it was INCREDIBLE!

🥥INGREDIENTS🥥
3 cups cooked, dry white rice
1/3 Onion
1/3 Bell pepper
1 Scallion
4 cloves Garlic
2 small Spring onion
2 Fresh thyme
1 small can rinsed & dried ackee

🌶️SEASONINGS🌶️
1.5 tsp Jamaican all purpose
1/3 tsp Dried scotch bonnet powder (or cayenne)
1 tsp Vegetable seasoning
1/3 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Sesame oil
