Lim’s right. Salen is 100% to blame for this. The doctors are gonna have to explain to the mother how her baby died all because they had no meds that were up to date all because of Salen’s poor decision making.

Like they say money talks and BS walks, which led to Salem being in charge of a hospital with no medical experience, no medical background, and no medical degree, which led to a lot of bad decision making, that led to the hospital's medication inventory and backups been expired, Salem is just a tyrant that's more interested in making money but spending as little money as possible, but rather than accepting responsibility and accountability for her actions and admitting that her policies are a failure, Salem rather cover up all of her faults and blame everything on her staff, which will eventually lead to Salem's demise and the downfall of the hospital.

The woman and her husband will want to sue the hospital, Audrey should unite the hospital against Salen and help the women, the infant didn’t get to live, didn’t get to have a Christmas, a favourite band, movie, music, they didn’t get a chance at the big things or the little things that make life. And this witch who bought the hospital is responsible because of her choices.

Audrey's mistake was to give Salen a heads up about getting a lawyer. Salen had a few hours before the mom woke up to plan her strategy and cover her butt. Audrey should not have confronted Salen until she had her own plan in place. Amateurs.
