Emission and Max Particles are related. This is because Max Particles changes how many alive particles there can be, and Emission is how fast they are created. Both can make good combos. Whether alone or combined. I prefer changing Max to 1 or even 2, 3 so on and so on for a stationary effect, then changing the speed to 0, PosVar X 0, Angle [insert angle], Angle option on the right side to 0 so it releases a particle to on direction, blah blah. That's my orbs. For particles they create, for example the Dash orbs particles, I look for a hollow triangle. Thats how I do it.
