I ho to Lincair and they tell me I am only at 60% usage and I need to be at 70%. Where do I find this on the app?

@ResMed I used MyAir with my AirSense machine but when I switched over to an AirCurve machine there is no way to set up MyAir to work. There is no AirCurve option on the equipment screen.

I like to know how to refresh the data. It takes hours for the machine to do it on its own. I could of used it for 6 hours but its only registers 4 when since i got to use the bathroom. Then I’m on it for another couple hours and it takes forever to update still only shows 4. It will update at a later time. How can i make it update sooner? Just very curious about this. Sometimes it says no data and it takes hours to show that you have used it.

I tried drying out my tube by running the machine for about 5 mins the app thought i had 60 events per hour. Not sure how accurate the app is

The 3G connection on my ResMed AirSense 10 no longer works because the phone company no longer supports 3G. Is there a way I can download the data directly from my SD card into the My Air App? I do miss seeing my daily scores. Thanks.

07-02-2022 Is there a person that monitors my CPAP while I'm asleep and changes the air pressure on My CPAP machine until my mask leaks? Then gives me the little red face. I changed the cushion on my mask that didn't leak to a new one, and it certainly didn't leak either, but I still received a red face, and this goes against my score. Is there someone that has the ability to change my air pressure on my CPAP machine while I'm asleep? It has blown my mask off a few times. This is very unnecessary. I have used this CPAP machine a few years and it has improved my health and breathing. Thank you very much.

I have a question . Let’s say I went to sleep after 12 Midnight would it say I skipped a day ? For example I used the mask on Thursday night for 7 hours but it said I used it Friday ! I started before midnight on Thursday . If I started after midnight on Thursday would it have said I used it Saturday ?

Been getting "No Data" since I registered for the App, even tho I been using my CPAP machine nightly. (I use the "MyAIr" app on my desktop not as a phone app). Did exactly what another poster (Todd) here did.. and even what the Resmed rep said in their reply to him here. Still showing No Data... way too frustrating!! With most offices, etc, still not open due to the pandemic, is almost impossible to reach anyone and even harder to find someone capable of fixing whatever the issue is. I am disabled, immune-compromised, and still waiting to be vaccinated. The last thing I want to be doing is travelling all over the city of Toronto trying to get a CPAP App fixed.

can we use this app to track the sleep events when we are far away from the patient. or the app should be connected to the device to closer proximity?

I have the app on my phone. I ever had to use a password before but that’s what it keeps asking!!!! I have not been able to access my scores all week. I do not have a password, I never did. I have tried to reapply but it tells me I already have an acct.
what do I do????

Bunch of BS, how about "No Data" message every day? Contact customer support they send you a email of crap you already did, then say contact the company you got your machine from, well it's your company name on the front so I thought I did.

The machine doesn't track sleep. I have been awake with my mask on and getting very good scores. But, I haven't slept.
