Honey, you are lovely inside and out. Satan is the one that discourages us...and I understand these emotions all too well being extremely sensitive myself. One of the things that greatly helps me, is to remember to believe truth instead of lies from the enemy, as well as God’s unchanging love for me, or to try to encourage others when I am insecure. Those times are the times that are much more helpful to me than the times when I spiral into negative thought patterns. Hope that helps you in some way sweet girl!
