Thank You Doctor! I have a femoral nerve injury from a hip surgery last January. Retractable instrument slid into the nerve area. Took weeks of Physical Therapy and a positive attitude! I’m seeing a Neurologist and suggested vitamin B supplements . I’m able to go up and downstairs but still have some weakness. Hopefully the Vitamin C will help the dumbness, tingling and burning in my knee. I’m 71 years old worked in hospital as nurses aid and Emergency Tech. for 27 years. My job was rewarding to help the sick!

My mom has had MS for 40 years and not once has any doctor or neurologist have ever mentioned vitamin C. I wish I could hire Dr. Mandel. But I thank God for his videos.

Ascorbic acid (this is what is in C supplements) is not actually vitamin C, but is just one of the components. Real vitamin C is a complex of multiple components. Point being, Ascorbic acid *might* be good for us, but real vitamin C is undoubtedly better.

Symptoms after dieting/stress since 2019 nerves damage

Stopped sugar, milk, low carbs, non-veg, stopped junk, skipping meals
Mismanagement sleep cycle & food etc

•Fast or irregular heartbeat

😳Thank you for sharing this video. I’ve been having a lot of numbness and tingling down my right leg and foot. When I went to the doctor, they put me on medication that will control my nerves and never mentioned to me about vitamin C. God bless you.💕🙏🏼🙏🏼

Neuropathy in feet. Magnesium. R-alpha lipoic acid. Added raw coconut and pineapple. Improved mobility. I'll check for vit C now. Thx!
