Multiple Connective and unknown Connective tissue disease and Fibromyalgia causes the pain. I was told that many auto immune diseases can overlap, and often can be misconstrued as Lupus because it's a mimick disease. I myself have been diagnosed with CVD(m/u ctd) with Fibromyalgia and a variant of Lupus in the sle family. Most of my pain comes from the other auto immune diseases I present with, but the only thing the Lupus is affecting is my kidneys and my hands and feet, for now.
