Thank you for this. My GP literally asked me what tests he should do to determine if I have lupus. I have a whole host of symptoms, but the blames all of them on my Hashimoto’s. I’m going to show this to him.

I clearly am diagnosable and have been for many months but so far only have Ibu precribed. There maybe other diseases at play but definitely am diagnosable for LUPUS yet have to wait additional months for treatment? Iast year I had ACA to deal with neck lump in another state but stupidly accepted medi-cal here. I need LUPUS care before I lose ability get enough exercise to destroy my ability to even walk. My exercise is presently daily but limited Until just months ago going to Santa Monica allowed me to walk a lot.

Certainly have had foamy urine in past! VIDEO ENDED ON THAT GREAT NOTE.

Please note I try to eat well and exercise this has delayed my diagnosis significantly.

I have destroyed myhealth getting enough reset- again denying diagnosis and health.

These are not my fault.

I do not want or need a label I just need now that I have a little bit more time it it not take more time then I can spend to get basic care.

I want to leave Los Angeles because the life here is destroying my health superfast. I should know more about my illness before I go and did get healthy before I left prior time. I came here because my home state was a problem but can return now. A final elder passing had a probate and bankruptcy war chase me out. That of course rendered me poor but I am educated, quite brilliant, and till now appropriately ambitious and wanting to help real problems beyond my own.

Getting sick is still not believable but I am doing everything differently about two months- eating with far less effort but far more poorly, that is to say, barely healthy, versus extreme effort to eat good veggies and food and apparently lupus hits you when you follow otherwise excellent advice about not worrying about enough protien etc.


I am gaining weight quickly but am injuring my arm typign and off topic to boot.

The issue is Getting specialist care other than only on mondays for new patients meaning huge delays to be seen.

I am going to seek RA treatment and hope that takes care of lupus as well.


I am somehow despite injuries to arm and leg get cardio.

That means seeking encouragement so I hope this moderated comment is iread by someone.

I have a lot of symptoms a rash on arm for three years. My dermatologist said I may have lupus I say No. I read 46, 000 people were misdiagnosed I will not be 1 of them.
