Well, if you have not stretched much the cramps will happen but the more you do it the less they usually appear. Drinking more water is always a good idea.

Hi, I am a beginner, I have tried stretching in various poses the problem is when I do I get cramps in any of the muscles I may be trying to stretch, do you think this is to do with my not drinking enough water or just that I am so inflexible?

That's a question I have not yet received. I figure you need lots of Core strength and flexibility so this workout and check out my core/Pilates ones on my channel.
