We have thoroughly examined the issue of toxic corporate culture in India, noting that it is exceptionally challenging to secure a respectable job. Furthermore, even after obtaining a position, one must endure significant levels of toxicity. The work-life balance in India is notably poor in comparison to other countries, adversely impacting workforce productivity and mental health.

I approached an IT company for the post of SAP MM consultant on 24 June 2024, their HR said me that you can come for the interview and if selected, you need to sign a bond of 2 lakhs and they were demanding post dated cheque . This was crazy, I refused the offer. They hunt a needy fresher and exploite like this

*Im working in an MNC and trust me whatever you said is 1000% truth.*
*I remember once my manager called me chutiya because i couldn't work in week off then i scolded him for 40 mins, without using any bad words, even i said terminate me idc.*

*The main problem is they increase workload and focus on quantity of work not quality and you have to give 110% + in onder to get A+ and full incentive.*

Finally i resigned fuck who cares.

15:30 Is this really the best advice or solution?

1. Someone is motivated to leave the job and then what? What if they don't have other plans? What if they can't freelance?

2. Someone will replace them and the toxic culture will apply to someone new. The cycle will then anyway continue.

My god he is so so true and accurate. I used to have bully boss who use to harash me everyday I went to hospital to take treatment of depression. My god that bully boss made my confidence zero ๐Ÿ˜ญ. I'm still struggling to come back from that trauma and I don't have anyone to listen or talk with me

Bhai teri sab baat sahi hai par kabhi kabhi insaan majbur hota hai, mere ghar ke haalat kuch aise hai ki koi bhi job mil jaye kar lunga. Par bhai job ke bhi laale pade hai. I'm not even in a position to complain about being "toxic" and "non-toxic".

Great video! Corporate cultures can be very challenging. I am a corporate employee, and I can attest to this fact. Resign is not a solution, toxic culture will be same.. it must be call out and Law needs to modify and I truly agree that people should have to Skills up yourself.
