The nice thing about access is connecting to Dataverse using the new connector!

Doing this helps run SQL commands and for bulk updating.

I have used MS Access frontend to enter data. But Microsoft seems to have totally failed to develop Access into a product that can communicate with other services. I had zero luck exporting the backend to SharePoint. If I had related tables, the sharepoint connection failed 100% of the time. I used to connect to my access application with an obdc driver to R. With the release of R 4.2, I can no longer get data from Access. What is a good frontend to connect to relational databases such as PostgreSQL? And one that doesn't cost a fortune? I liked the MS Access frontend, but as far as I understand how to use it, it is pretty much relegated to a single user desktop app.

I'm in the middle of creating a video that shows how to connect an Access Database to Dataverse. I can successfully make the connection at work, but on my personal laptop I gat a OData error message.

All I need is Power App to get actual data from Access database. The problem is, when I connect Access to Sharepoint, load Sharepoint with data from Access, there's not possible to refresh that data on the Sharepoint after the data has changed in Access. Sharepoint lists seem to be unrefreshable.

So with this linking process; does it matter where the access database is stored after migration? If it is stored on a local computer and that computer is shut down what happens?

How can I get Access Report into PowerApps? I have a SharePoint Database which I can get Monthly Reports in Access (Summary and Detailed). I'm trying to get the same report in the PowerApps mobile app but get stuck due to the limitations in PowerApps. Is there a way to do it?
