I'm finally back with a 50 MIN STRONG LOWER BODY WORKOUT! 💪🏻
Grab your weights & get ready for a super sweaty & strong lower body workout. We'll targeting the ENTIRE lower body. I was sweating buckets and had a great soreness for a couple of days. Also in my calves..😝

I just need to share.. I did this yesterday and finished feeling so accomplished and great! Night time.. Whoa! I could feel which part of the lower body woke up from the exercise😅... Today I must admit this routine is 'amazing'! Sore but this is what I need to ground me & challenge me to step up. Thank you so much Kathrin for a great, challenging and sweaty routine! ♥️👌👏👍👊
