Equality for women now! 50% women in every job including the army, coal mines, steel industry, farming, construction, manufacturing etc., not just lawyers and educators.

Men make more right and left tail on the fat tail income distribution, which skews the averages. There are more male homeless but also more male billionaires.

The treatment of motherhood as a hobby is a conscious choice of the power haves.

It’s so very unfortunate that feminism is now almost exclusively seen through the filter of the nonsensical rantings of celebrities. It has overshadows so much that people should hear.

People want to dislike this, because it carries the f label. Honestly the work sounds insightful and without much political taint. She might not personally have a capacity for fully accepting the workings of biological sex, but her professionalism apparently precludes the necessity for such debate.

Need for social care work - good point.
But who should do it, and who should pay for it?
How did this work get done in the past (the old days when it didn't take two working adults to pay for one household)?

I will start learning international trade and business at university. I'm curious how economics and feminism are related and what feminism and economics has in common! I believe this video is amazing and it keeps my hopes up regarding my interests in economics :)

feminist economics? feelings and people being taken care of but they have to be "approved" people. lets not think about roads, housing, energy ( except to destroy it of course), food production, clean water and sustainability. nothing says caring like starving people and ensuring they cannot house themselves. good work. i am disgusted w women in positions of power.. if women ran we see what happens with women running things...it is a mental ward.

What about volunteers? They don't get paid, and some of them are men. Why bring gender into this? It's about structural inequality, in all its forms. Success is on the cusp of being re-defined for the post-industrial, post-covid and post-capitalised society. How it's measured is a debate we can all participate in - including men. Economists - pah.

Consider Chess ... chess pieces are simply made too large to handle for women, so most women can't possibly recognize let alone lift chess pieces. That's the reason why there are NO women in the top 100 chess players in the world. Because chess pieces are made for me.
I bet you I can find a feminist "Journal" to publish that! :-D
