I throughly enjoyed this. Thank you! I will be tuning in for more yin yoga in the morning ❤️Also, I wanted to say how I appreciated your silence during the video. I was a little thrown off at first and thought the video had paused. It's distracting for me to hear so much talking. The silence allowed me to process thoughts and emotions I was holding onto in peace and quiet. Thank you, again! ❤️

I was trying to decide which one of your videos to choose today and I was drawn to this one, which was exactly what I needed. I did the glute strengthening video first since I haven’t done it for a few days, and this one not only provided needed stress relief, but also the poses aided in stretching the muscles I had just tightened. I do a lot to take care of my elderly parents-in-law every day, often from before sunup, and lately I’ve been feeling a little (a lot) of the old caregiver burnout, as my counsellor puts it. People just seem to need you all the time and it’s exhausting. So much work is involved when people can’t do ordinary things for themselves anymore, and you are trying to take care of your own household. I do try to make sure I take time for self-care, which really is self-preservation. Today was the first time I made myself not look at the clock once. Dog wants to go out, but it is cold and drizzly, so I’m going to sadly disappoint him. Poor thing. My kitten Lucy will pounce on him a few times and he’ll forget all about my broken promises. Sorry pupper! Mommy needs a cup of tea. Much love to all!

Mmmm thank you! The crazy time of my life is a time full of immense change. My first pregnancy ^^ lots of worries lately. This helped me to ground my energy and bring it from the head to the body again. Calm down and relax... I adjusted a few poses for my growing belly, but in total it was just perfect again :) love your videos! Peace and namasté
