females can be good leaders....but i think it is more difficult for them to perform in difficult situations because of too much emotions and empathy. empathy can be a good think but sometimes you have to make "unpopular choices" to succeed. i think it is much more difficult for most women to make those decisions and be ruthless and maybe even cruel. but sometimes specially in the military it is necessary.
