Are women better leaders than men? - Gender equality
Are men better leaders than women? - Sexism

Are women better teachers? Are men better drivers?
Are women better carers? Are men better thinkers?

Please stop asking such questions and stop polarizing people.
It's not about gender at all. It's about someone's choice, ability and the society they live in.

People who say women are better than men as leaders as they never started war should understand that these women are leaders of a country which does not have enough capability to even start a war...
Everything comes down on the person's mindset, it does not depends on that person's gender.

What does this have to do with learning English?

The answer is 'no'. That's why even after equal opportunity we don't see as many women leaders.

Majority of countries where more leaders/politicians are men
Feminists: We need more female leaders/politicians, and less men in the name of equality
Finland - "All 5 leaders are women, like some other female-led countries"
Feminists: *Equality* has been achieved! 🥳🎉⛅

Woman tends to use heart than a man who thinks by logic

This is a dumb argument, given that it purely depends on the person. Not all female leaders are the same, just as all male leaders are different. Finland is also an odd example given that it's a northern European country with a tiny amount of people, which is a lot easier to controll. If one is better than the other has nothing to do with the gender, but the individual. Even if gender matters it's most likely only the societal structure. Finland is currently a very prosperous country, which makes it easy to govern, but when it comes to countries that aren't in such an amazing state, it becomes harder and leaders will lose popularity. An example of this is Thatcher, who got Brittain out of a lot of trouble, but I can safely say, is a woman that has ruined countless lives, is responsible for the death of many and who follow a system making the rich richer and the poor poorer so devastatingly that the world still feels it today. Although Finland has an amazing government and many other female led countries do, these countries are not usually the hardest to controll and you will see most leaders handle them quite well (Finlands pm is really good tho don't get me wrong.), Then the whole "they know living in hardship" idea, aplies to pretty much every minority (ethnic, trans, gay...) and women in Finland face significantly less sexism that average, (In a country like China, the argument would make a lot more sense). Men also work through differences by the way, because it's not men or women who work through them, it's good leaders who do that, leaders like Zelenski are prime examples. I mean, pushing for gender equality Finland still didn't remove mandatory military service for men, or add women into the system, unlike some other scandinavian countries. Which seems unimportant, until the country is at war.

In short: the video should be retitled: "are good female leaders also good leaders" and the answer is yes

i don't care about they're men or women, i care only that they get the job done and done well.

Thing is... it already does not inspire me that these women begin their rule by saying "it's been unfair to us." Ok sure, but it does not comfort me to see how they make excuses right from the start.

But alright, just see how they go.

What matters is the freedom of speech: if they do great, then I'm free to say they do great. But what if they suck? Will I have freedom to say that they suck? Or will they accuse me of sexism and tell me to shut up?

The conclusion doesn't answer the question in the title of the video (and the one it sets out to answer).

Women as leaders tend to make decisions based on emotions and feelings, this can be good as their nature is more caring, however male leader’s use objective reasoning and required actions to achieve favorable outcomes !!!

I can only go by my own experience and women make terrible managers. It isn't because they're less capable than men mind you. The problem is an evolutionary one and it's that women tend to let emotion drive heir decisions more than men do. For example, a female manager is more likely to promote you if she likes you as a person. Your actual ability to do the job well is of second importance. Another example is the collapse of Woolworth's. I worked for an IT company that provided Woollies with their digital content at the time and we warned the of the changing nature of media and how physical media would soon be a relic of the past but they refused to listen. The new female CEO at the time would't have any of it as she wanted to keep the company like how it was due to nostalgia. This was a major contributing factor to Woollies going bust when the credit crunch hit. Now ofc, men make stupid decisions too but when they do, it's usually because they are stupid.

We shouldn't judge a person based on their gender but only judge them on their skill and experience.
It is dumb to elect someone just because someone is a woman or a man.

We both have our own strengths and weaknesses. But one thing is for sure, we need each other. Women can't rule without men and men can't rule without women.
