I legit have to go over the script in my head 10x before I talk to my girl, but I'm real talk that's just being a good leader. You have to know how to coach everyone depending on what they respond to. And good leaders know that, in business and relationships. He has a point but it's also one dimensional. I don't talk to my girl how I talk to my boys but my girl falls in line with 95% of what I say because I choose my words in a way she can receive it. Even though the baseline message is often harsh and hurtful to hear, it's about being honest but delivering it well.

As long as men understand, you have to talk to women like you talk to children. You have to watch "how" you say to women like you have to watch "how" you say things to children.
Watch how parents talk to kids under the age of 8 and watch how women want men to talk to them... There is almost no difference except for the vocabulary, children under the age of 8 have better vocabulary then adult women in the west.
