I'm not a nugget fan myself but there is nothing wrong with the Mcnugget recipe.

Those bones and bits and pieces are made of all the nutrients you want from a chicken: Iron, Calcium, Collagen, Protein, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Vitamin B6 and saturated fat.
