Healthy Chicken Nuggets 🐓🔥

These are great, especially for those trying to eat less calories! They're easy to make, protien packed and tastes amazing. Definitely will be keeping these on deck as I'm trying to lean out for summer 💪🏻

FULL RECIPE ⬇️

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground chicken (I used 99/1)
- 1 egg
- ~1 cup plain bread crumbs
- Seasonings of choice, I used salt, pepper, garlic powder & @flavorgod Fiesta Sweet & Tangy

- Avocado oil spray

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine ground chicken, egg and seasonings. (Season to your liking)
2. Form your nuggets by getting your fingers wet (helps prevent sticking) and grabbing ~1 oz, then shape to your liking and place on parchment paper. (I made 14)
3. Once all your nuggets are formed, place them in freezer for ~20 min to firm up.
4. Season your bread crumbs with the same seasonings and mix. Coat each nugget in the bread crumbs by lightly pressing them into it.
5. Place nuggets on a greased wired rack and spray them all with avocado oil spray or cooking spray of choice.
6. Bake at 450 for 18-20 minutes
7. Remove and let cool for a few minutes then plate em with your favorite dipping sauce and ENJOY! 🙌🏻
