Could have been a test showing how good or bad they are. A comparison would have been handy. And cost comparisons. And how reliable and safe they are. Warranties.
Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Is this compatible with SRAM Rival AXS levers?

Having trouble adjusting the brakes, the outer pad does not retract and keeps rubbing against disc. Is there a fix?

These cable actuated hydro brakes are all just terrible. Better to go hydro or go mechanical, don't mix the technologies. TRP Spyres SLCs are $50 cheaper, and a lighter system (when you consider the weight of mechanical vs hydro levers). And I am being honest when I say TRP Spyres brake better than TRP HY/RDs, And these R1s are the same exact things as the HY/RDs.
Braking performance: Mechanical actuated hydros < mechanicals < full hydro. Most economical: mechanical actuated hydros < full hydro < mechanical. Weight: mechanical actuated hydros < full hydro < mechanical. Maintenance: mechanical actuated hydro < mechanical < hydro. Reliability: mechanical actuated hydro < hydro < mechanical. There are just no pros here, unless you are spending money ONLY on the calipers for a conversion. But the performance, reliability and maintenance issues makes this a bad, bad choice.
