I’ve watched some Focaccia baking videos and some of them are great. (see reference below) So, I tried to bake one for the second time.

I am so excited to try out a no-knead Focaccia recipe. It’s actually very relaxing and calming. I just mixed flour with warm water, yeast, olive oil and salt.

The over-night proofing was wonderful. The result I saw the next day was really amazing.

My FOCACCIA RECIPE 🌱🍅
Ingredients:
1) 50ml Warm Water + 1 tsp Instant Dry Yeast + 1 tsp Sugar

* Mix the above ingredients well and put aside for 10 minutes;

2) 280g Bread Flour + 1.5 tsp Salt + 180ml Warm Water + 4 tsp Olive Oil

* Mix the above ingredients very well;

3) Mix 1) & 2)

* Put the mixture in a bowl greased with some olive oil;
* Cover it up with a cling film and chill it in the fridge overnight or 4 hours in a warm spot for proofing;

4) Transfer the dough into a baking tray, slightly greased with olive oil;

* Laying a baking paper in the tray is better for taking the bread out when it is baked

5) Add any topping of your choice;

* e.g. rosemaries, tomatoes, olives, sea salts, drizzled with olive oil

6) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (fan) for 25 minutes
