Once you try focaccia, you’ll never go back to plain bread!
This no-Knead Focaccia is coated in olive oil and the best part? It only takes about 5 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
500g flour
400ml water
4g dry yeast
salt
METHOD
1. The night before, combine the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
2. Refrigerate 12 hours, then pour the dough in a baking sheet with olive oil.
3. Let it rise 3 hours.
4. Using your fingers, press dimples into the risen dough. Bake the focaccia for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven or until the surface is golden brown
