Turned 50 last month and today is shoulders and arms. I've done Tony's other workouts but P90X is the foundation I always come back to. It's the best.👍👍

P90X was the best thing that happened to me in my 30’s. It changed my life completely

Started P90x at 35 and I’m 50 tomorrow. Just finished another 90 day cycle and started day 1 today to repeat. I love P90x and it has been the key to keeping me in shape for the last 15 years!

Gotta do a P90X reunion. It would be great to see how the entire gang is doing after all these years.

I did P90X, back in 2011. Went from 289 to 220. Really good, despite still being on the chubby side.
Fast forward to 2024. I’m now deadlifting 385, squatting 290, and benching 235. Can’t deny that P90X set the wheels in motion for a huge change. Thanks Tony!

I done P90X workouts on and off ever since college sometimes with friends, but mostly on my own. I’d stick with the lifting days but wouldn’t engage with the full program. I decided that now is the time to go ahead and do the whole thing from the beginning. It was long overdue. I’m on day 20 and about to enter recovery week for month one and I can already tell the difference. The classics don’t go out of style. Thanks for making something so timeless, Tony!

Love you Tony! You changed my life. I did 3 rounds of P90x3. My favourite program. I always go back to it.

I remember seeing P90X at Costco (Canada) for months before finally buying it, and when I first went through and saw the schedule I remember seeing Yoga for 90 mins, I thought “oh this should be easy” 😂 P90X was tough. But like so many I got super results. Thank you Tony and Carl for creating such a fantastic workout plan that is timeless.

P90X was literally the start of my adult fitness journey. I completed it 3 times. Now, like 10 years later, I am a bodybuilding competitor at 47. I owe my start to P90X and Beachbody! (By the way, can you bring back the original recovery drink? SO good!)

Changed my Life! I started with Power90, did 2 rounds and went to P90X! It's been over 10 years and I'm still doing the programs.

Ill always remember seeing p90x in college on an infomercial that made me realize i had been up too long. After doing it for a summer, all my friends thought i turned into a superhero. As ive gotten older and looked at other programs, Ive realize that a lot of the secret sauce to get me to stick to something is the variety, challenge, and how its presented. I keep coming back to p90x for some fun and results.

Hey Tony, still doing P90X (including P90X+, P90X2, P90X3) 3 to 5 days a week. I blend all of them for maximum variety, cause variety is the spice of life. :)

I absolutely believe it keeps me healthier, stronger, faster, and more flexible and mobile then I would be if I had just been doing weights all these years.

Thanks man!

I think part of the reason it worked is because the extreme edge of it made it genuinely inspiring and exciting. “Baby steps” doesn’t speak to everyone.
