You will need

1. Your frame 2. A blowdryer

Use a blowdryer to warm the edge of the frame. Make sure to move the blowdryer around to encourage even heating.

Support the glasses close to the hinge, and lay them on the
table. Gently push the front of the frame away from you.

Your glasses should fit like new again!

@Daddyyankee0927 It depends on the type of frame and the blow dryer you're using, but ideally you should warm your glasses just enough to make them slightly more pliable for manipulations (medium heat setting for approximately 1-2 minutes, ALWAYS moving the blow dryer around to avoid heating one spot too much). Be careful not to melt and/or burn the frame material! Also, overheating can cause the lens to warp. Always use caution when performing adjustments at home.

As long as you move the blow dryer around, your lenses will be okay. Holding the blow dryer in one spot for too long can indeed harm your lenses (and your frame too). Gradual warming is the key to success!

whats about TR frame? i dont like that they are curved i prefer straight arms. can that be done or not ?

I used my blow dryer to heat the arms of the sunglasses and then slowly but firmly tried to bend the ends (the part that goes behind your ears) as much as I could. It worked but they weren't as tight as I wanted them to be, so at the end I had to have tightened by a professional. As a temporary solution though, it worked fine :)

how can I narrow a pair of wayfarer 2140 I have? I'm thinking I should do something to the arms of the sunglasses, but they are different from the pair in this video. Any ideas?
