You will need

1. Your frame 2. The fallen out lens 3. A blowdryer

Re-inserting a lens in a cold acetate, TR-90 or plastic frame can damage the lens.

Use a blowdryer to warm the frame. Make sure you move the blowdryer around to encourage even heating.

Also, flip the frame around to distribute the heat from the blowdryer between the front and the back of the frame.

Use extreme care when pushing the lens back into the frame.

Always keep the pressure along the edges, pushing the outside edge of the lens in first, and the inside edge last.

Your glasses are good to go!

IT WORKED, THANKS! I only heated them for a short time just like in the video. But from reading other comments if you have super expensive frames just take them to a Professional because it's not worth the risk

Blow drying the frame can be tricky. Blow dry the frame while rotating it in your hands until it's very warm to the touch, but not hot enough to burn your hands. This will render the material just a little more flexible than when its cold. Then, insert the widest part of the lens (most often the top of the lens) into the frame and push on the rest until the lens snaps into place. If this still doesn't work, take it to your optician; usually they will re-insert the lens for free.
