Guys if you truly want an aesthetic physique, here's what you should do:

-Train your abs 2x per week
-Focus on your Lateral and Rear Delts as it gives you more powerful and dominant appearance which most of the girls like
-Maintain an overall healthy Body Fat percentage
-Instead of training your lower chest, focus more on your upper chest
-Also never skip leg day
-Even if you're bulking you should still train your abs because they will grow the best during bulking. Never listen to foolish people who say that you shouldn't train your abs during bulking because its complete BS.
