How to install Gnome on Arch Linux

This is a super simple guide on how to install Gnome on Arch Linux. Because of how well put together the Arch meta packages are, installing Gnome in Arch Linux is super freaking easy. It only takes a couple of commands to get from a completely minimal install to a full featured, beautiful, and fully functional desktop environment.

Two things - isn't gdm included in the gnome package group, so it isn't necessary to explicitly install it, and is it necessary to start gdm on boot with OpenRC, and if so, what is the equivalent command to systemd's systemctl?

Edit: Almost forgot, thanks for making me feel better with this video; I honestly jumped into using an Arch-based distro thinking that it would be a nightmare.

I have to say, I don't understand for the life of me why wikis for linux distros NEVER fng explain anything.
It says: Installation
Alright, I go to installation. The website just says what that stuff is and then goes on to the next thing, no commands, no explanation on what to do to actually install anything. I have to go to fng youtube to find tutorials like this, to be able to do what the wiki should be for. I hate linux so much

Maybe a bit of an older of a video but I installed base Arch with help from DistroTube's tutorial and did the rest according to this video and I only got blank screen and a blinking cursor. I already tried to figure this out from a different source for installing gnome on my laptop after installing arch and I also tried to resolve this with a more linux savvy friend of mine with no results. Current state is just the base Arch, and info from this vid and I only get the black screen and the blinking cursor. I'll keep at it. I wonder could it be graphics related. My laptop has a integrated GPU and a nvidia MX250. I haven't yet installed any drivers or PRIME.
