What I like about this video isn’t the products recommended, but rather the concepts behind the implementation of them. I hope you do more like this Daniel. Cheers

One of my favorite clutter hacks is just having a single drawer where you can throw in ANYTHING you don't want to see laying around. A box, or whatever item you like also works great. Just remember to go through it every few months to declutter and possibly get rid of unwated things (preferably through donating)

As someone who is Swedish it is actually so funny seeing someone trying to pronounce the product names, some were pretty good and a few were really butchered (I understand why you apologized after the pillows haha) Great video!

I rarely comment on videos. This was a beautiful and thoughtful video. The tray and rug tip were really golden nugget for me. I really hope you make more of these videos in which someone can easily implement these tips in their house and also teach about house keeping/aesthtic/buying/or whatever. I enjoyed the whole video even though Ikea is not officially available in my country(but I have visited their stores when I lived abroad and I love them).

One thing that bothers me is why the aim should be to look "expensive"? Why not just "nice", "beautiful", "sophisticated"? I see and hear the word a lot in the interior design community and I could easily imagine it makes people feel bad for not having loads of money. Isn't it something we could be more aware of? Thanks for your work!

The smart lighting was a total game changer! Most times I just walk right by that section but I’m glad I stopped there this time!

Thank you, Daniel. I bought the off-white Stoense carpets for my Mum to her bedroom. She loves it, it is really beautiful and good quality. And quite cheap too.

Another tip is to remember not having way too many Ikea products. It can end up looking like one of their showrooms.

I love the tray idea as a way to visually contain multiple items.

I used to dream about that Langfjall office chair, because of an artist on YouTube who has a lovely home office and she has that same chair. I tried it at the store and it felt great at first, but when I got one and started using it at home, I realized it actually hurts my tail bone!
The stitching that goes down the middle was also very tight creating a ridge that made it even more uncomfortable. Hit or miss... Works for some people, but here's my experience in case anyone loves the look of this chair too. I sold mine. :(

Saving this video for when I can afford a home makeover. I love IKEA and don't mind if my house looks like a showroom, in fact, I wish I could get that moody lighting, and cozy, tidy but not "sterile" looking. I live for rugs and pillows and can't wait to get these for our bedrooms and sofa. <3

The way he pronunces the product ”VÅRDANDE” at 1:43 is just sooo fun, when you are a swede and know how it should be pronunced. But, it’s ALL GOOD and keep doing your great videos. I love them all <3

Love the video 👏👏👏👏👏. I have some of the items that you mentioned ☺️. Just a little tip that I like to use, when buying the pillow inserts buy one size up, it fills the cover better and makes it look even more plush and luxurious. I need to pick up a few table lamps, we have a large open plan kitchen/living/dining and thankfully multiple times of lighting but I think that we could still benefit from extra lights. I also love to light candles, especially in winter, it gives a soft organic light that I find cozy and relaxing.

Be wary of ergonomic chairs with no armrests... they might look sleeker but they are far less supportive and you might end up having to switch it out for a truly ergonomic one.

I have had a hard time with clutter so I made a change and am taking about 3 months off from work to tackle each and every room. Wish me luck!

It's insane how much cheaper Ikea is in Canada vs Australia. I was finding these prices a bit low, because there are some items I've looked at before. So I checked. That lighting strip you put under your sideboard, which costs 20 CAD (which I'm guessing should be under 23 CAD with tax) costs 47.85 CAD, equivalent of course, in Australia. It's aboslutely insane. It's close to 25 CAD difference for the exact same, mass-produced item! And GST in Aus is not that high, just 10%. Mental.
(Other than that, loved the video as always!)
