I've used BEMZ and love it! I really like the fact that you can order free samples, at least in Germany, before purchasing the covers. Another alternative to BEMZ is Comfort Works but they're based in Australia so shipping can take some time. For those not based in the US/Canada looking for an alternative to Norse Interiors for their cabinets/shelves, check Superfront. To my knowledge, they ship globally.
