YES GIRL. I been hating my job for the last 12 years. My company is the type of company that will never change. I just got fired last week. I just got over the upset & now I say they did me a favour. The funny thing is. The co workers that chat with me. They all hate their jobs. They all congratulate me for getting fired LOL.

Being let go and being fired are both necessary when you're in a space that's no longer serving you. The universe is pushing you to move on and move forward. To everyone else who sees this, if you're illogically fired, you can get compensation for it and it is worth looking into or investing in a lawyer. For everyone else, GET A MOVE ON! After celebrating for a day or two with food.

Getting fired from 2 different roles led directly to me getting a dream role in an area of work I had not even heard of. I now take home about 4 times per month more than the amount I took home from the last role I was fired from and I now work with MUCH nicer people. I know its scary when you are fired, but getting fired really can work out for you.

I got fired today. As of 3 hours ago I was a life guard with the city I’m living in. I worked my butt off for the certification and was so so proud of myself after how hard I tried.
I was called in, handed a termination slip, and told that I am no longer welcomed. Holding back my tears I asked for clarification. They said I should know why and there was no more discussion that was needed.
I was heart broken, I feel like such a disappointment and failure after this. Not only am I sad, I’m also angry. Some can say slurs and talk poorly about the customers but no one bats an eye.
I truly felt stumped with no reason to why this was happening, especially after thinking I had done so well to put my best foot forward and be the kindest most punctual employee.
Still dealing with it :(

I've been fired many times, it is always due to burn out. They were 100% garbage jobs. At first it was devastating. Then I got a website going selling things and it supplemented my income. I just didn't care if I got fired because I still had income. I imagine it would be different if you have a career, that would be devastating because you put so much into it as opposed to just floating through work because you don't care about your job, you're literally there for the paycheck.

It just hurts cuz you been with a company for so long and they just let you go it’s like breaking up with your long time boy friend but I was not happy there it was always never enough people no one wanted to do there job it felt like the world was on your shoulders a freaking hot mess of a work environment I was always stressed 😩 😂 always complaining now there’s nothing to complain about anymore I see it as a blessing in disguise I still cry 😭 cuz I stayed so long as I did I was invested and I felt trapped like I couldn’t go anywhere else and my pay was great for it being retail but thank you for this video it helped a little ease the pain
