Ingredients:

1/3 cup (36g) oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 – 1 cup kefir (180g)
1 tbsp honey or any liquid sweetener
Handful of desired fruits or berries for serving

Mix all together and fridge at least for 4 hours or overnight.
