Guides on how to trigger heart events with Shane

❤Two Hearts 0:25
Enter Cindersap Forest between 8pm and midnight.

❤Four Hearts 1:42
Enter Marnie's Ranch at any time.

❤Six Hearts 3:04
Enter Cindersap Forest between 9am and 8pm while storming or raining.

❤Seven Hearts part 1 5:48
Enter Marnie's Ranch while Shane is home after triggering Shane's six heart event.

❤Seven Hearts part 2 7:06
Enter the town between 10am and 4pm on a sunny day.
Note* Also requires 2 hearts with both Emily and Clint.

❤Eight Hearts 9:18
Enter Marnie's Ranch while Shane is home.

❤Ten Hearts 11:12
Exit your house before 6:30am to initiate the event then walk to the Bus Stop between 4pm and 6pm.

❤Fourteen Hearts 14:06
Enter town on a non-Friday between 8am and 5pm. For parts II and III enter town anytime each of the next two days.

I've been playing stardew valley nonstop to try and stay sober and cope with my depression... needless to say when i played all the way to shane's 14 heart event, I cried. I realized I married myself.

The fact that my first reaction to Shane and his "strangers = I must be rude to them" was to be like "AHH I SEE HOW IT IS! ENEMIES TO LOVERS, HUH? PLAYING HARD TO GET? WELL I HAVE PATIENCE" then I kept gifting him beers and pizza until we got married and ever since then it's been hard to marry anyone else.

Shane will always be the best man. Even though his room is a mess I can't complain because my house is always a mess so he wins

I went into the game completely blind thinking it was similar to Animal Crossing in tone, saw how rude he was and decided to take it as a challenge so I focused all my efforts on getting him to like me, imagine my shock when the best depiction of depression I’d seen in a while unfolded before my eyes ahahah-
I married him in my first game, the fact that his room is still messy after he got help makes me feel so much better about my own chaos even now that I’m doing a lot better, plus we love a man who’s good with animals!

At first, I started getting hearts for him bc I low-key wanted to make him feel bad for being mean to me, (petty as hell ik) but now I genuinely like him and his character development. Kinda sad I didn't get him to ten hearts but I love Elliott so, lose lose kinda.

Shane is so underrated as a romantic partner. I get why people say he's better as a friend(and his 14 heart event is uh...😬) but his 10 heart event is still one of my favorites. 🥰

Tbh, the first impression of shane to me is like a grumpy cat. He hates you but, once he loves you, he really do. As a cat person, i like him. It's like, you want to mess with him as he always said rude stuff to you. 😂

Tbh this moment made me love Harvey even more. Shows Harvey’s hope and stability. It was emotional for Shane too, but i like how some moments in this game involve several characters.
