Although I feel forever grateful for having escaped the death grip of a narcissist, I continue to educate myself and be inspired by this channel because Paula (and Remy) continuously remind me that narcissists are a threat to society and they need to be held accountable.

One narcissist that I know and can't totally avoid recently expressed their approval at something I had done -- and I thought, oh that's the parent-controlling-the-child dynamic, or a pet-the-dog-on-the-head move, "so get back under my influence, I just threw you a crumb, to show you how 'nice' I am." The ball is always in play.
