Jack Russell Terriers are fearless, much like the honey badger! Watch as this little warrior faces off against fireworks. While it’s funny to watch, remember that safety always comes first. Don’t let your brave Jack Russell bring any fireworks into the house! 🐾💥

Describing Jack Russell’s as domesticated honey badgers is hilarious and true

We have two JRTs from working lines. They are as tenacious as they come. So just imagine our house hold. We have the two JRTs and also two Belgium Malinois.

I had a JRT who was very calm and timid. Best dog though. I loved her dearly.

I was surprised you didn't mention that this is a fantastic reason to have a strong recall and "out/leave it/let go" command. 😂

I knew a golden retriever that liked to try to go after fireworks
She wasn't too bright lol

As an owner of a Jack russel mix, I can confirm she definitely has her own rules.

When young my friends mom had a fox terrier, Trixie. She got old and at 19 near the end. She went outside and tangled with a big opossum. Came back in, went into her bed and died. She choose to go out fighting.

When I was probably 7 years old back in the 2000s, my uncle had a mean Jack Russell who would snap at children who went near it, so he always told us to stay away from the dog. So of course I got bit on the fingers when I tried petting him and I bled, and tried hiding my tears and blood from the adults because I didn't want the dog to get in trouble but my mom immediately saw something was wrong. And that was when I learned to respect dogs body language. My uncle was not happy with the dog and that dog was almost immediately punished, and idk if he ever bit anyone else after that. But that didn't make me fear dogs, it made me realize they have feelings and show their intentions if you play close attention.

They are brilliant at ratting ❤

I've seen a set of guys who do ratting, and they also take along an english bull terrier.
It's surprisingly good at ratting, it really zones in.
