Oaks park in Oregon does have a couple roller coasters, lots of other rides and a roller skating rink. Not my favorite amusement park but it’s definitely one you could go to anytime you want to go on rides. Certainly no Disney, but it’s still fun for the kids.

As somebody who grew up in Portland (yes, Oak’s park has rollercoasters) and now lives in Alaska (we’re much further west than you think. I'm from the NW and Oaks Park near Portland built in 1905 is called Oaks Amusement park. It's old school. Bumper cars, roller skating on an old wooden rink, small rollercoasters and rides. And I could be wrong but I think there's ice-skating in the winter.
