Take it from me, my ex left me 3 times in 6yrs and last time was 8months ago and we were engaged for 2yrs. I treated her amazing. Please trust me if your ex leaves you once and yiu didn't do nothing wrong DO NOT TAKE THEM BACK cause 100% they'll do it again. I'm still devasted and shocked dealing with extreme anxiety and panic attacks everyday and deep depression.

I've had two major relationships end because i was the one who walked away.
Both times they wanted open relationships and I said no, it was against my values.
I've struggled with ending the relationships because the men they married are now having a lot more sex than I am lol.
But they also have to contend with the fact that their wives are constantly seeking other men. They are fawning over new guys and telling other men they love them. They are exposing the kids to poly life and the kids are not happy.
Honestly, I may not be getting a lot of sex, but my heart and soul are not being torn apart wondering why they are constantly seeking others.
I stayed true to me. It wasn't me.
